Was born– like so many great ventures– of a love story. If Daniel, the owner, and his wife Chelsea could divide the business neatly in two, Chelsea would be the Coffee to Daniel’s Caddis. Throughout their courtship, Daniel connected with Chelsea over her love and appreciation for fine coffee, and to this day, Chelsea supports Daniel’s enthusiasm for fishing (even if she prefers to watch, riverside, while nursing a cup of coffee). They look forward to seeing which aspects of the business their children, Elijah and Elise, are drawn to. Together, they anticipate many meaningful days along the river, teaching little hands how to tie flies, and inside the shop, teaching those same hands how to give with grace (and maybe only occasionally looking the other way when they nab a pastry).
